Civitas: Rethinking culture for
their next phase of growth
As the organization hit a new size and stage, they realized it was time to get out of startup mode and invest in building their culture and putting more comprehensive systems in place that aligned to their business goals. In order to help them develop a really strong cultural core, we began by defining their values, then set specific actionable and measurable goals aligned to those values and their overall vision. That became the bedrock for a training program across leadership levels, as well as for new policies and processes around hiring, training, and retaining their talent.
