Alaska came to us with a big ask: How could they reimagine training in order to connect it more closely to business goals while comprehensively integrating DEI, all without disrupting their operations. Ultimately, we gave them a whole system that strategically leveraged existing scheduling structures, created more business-aligned competencies, trained the trainers, and provided the tools to measure success at every step.
