With two decades of experience in organizational behavior, cultural competency, and talent management, he collaborates with leaders and teams to build inclusive spaces and equitable systems. A skilled strategist, Marques honed his expertise as an analyst with a global leader in agribusiness, drove business development for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, and co-led a values-driven talent consultancy, bringing a holistic perspective to his work. As Head of People & Talent at a national education nonprofit, Marques designed and implemented scalable talent processes that advanced representation and equity, and led initiatives that dramatically improved employee engagement and retention.  A proud NOLA native and University of Notre Dame grad, he’s an avid storyteller, cyclist, girl-dad, and sno-ball connoisseur.
