Lourdes Fitzgerald is a Coordinator for the Onward team. In this role, she supports client projects as well as the work of the team to advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and initiatives. Previously, Lourdes worked as a DEI Program Coordinator at a social media agency, where she organized both internal and external DEI events and collaborated closely with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to drive positive outcomes. Outside of the office, Lourdes enjoys listening to music, learning new recipes, crafting earrings, and taking endless photos of her dogs. During her final semester of college, Lourdes co-led a full-credit course on the sociology of The Real Housewives Franchise!
